Overview
Chase Bank was creating a concept design for a merchant portal for overseas vendors. This portal would allow merchants to track, monitor, log, compare, contrast, and archive USD and overseas transactions and bookkeeping.
My Contributions
- Assist in interaction and user flow.
- Created a component library for high-end UI mockup designs
Key Challenges
- Should be easy for users to navigate.
- Content east to access and view.
- Ensure design is on brand.
Solutions
- Created a single-page dashboard-like experience.
- Use brandguide to ensure design consistency.
Impact
The design improved user accuracy and experience, with merchants reporting a reduction in bookkeeping errors and measurable revenue growth within one year.
